1. Replacement Policy (No Refund Policy)

We offer Replacement Only.

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Replacement is applicable only if:

• Product is damaged during transit
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect found

Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will NOT be provided if:

• Product is used, dented, scratched, or damaged by customer
• Normal oxidation/discoloration of copper (natural property of pure copper)
• Minor packaging damage
• Request raised after 7 days

3. Replacement Process

1. Email support@tamba-tattwa.com with Order ID and clear images/video within 7 days.
2. After verification, reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable).

Replacement will be dispatched after inspection.
